Now that we are invested, be it with one apartment which we intend to keep for retirement, or with one or more apartments which we intend to sell at a profit - we now continue with our monthly payments as previously outlined.
If we are here for the profit
At month 13 we begin to offer our property for sale and past performance will show us that the sale will take place between month 13 and month 17. Members will be advised when "Best Selling Time"
has arrived. Members only sell if they wish to sell.
The sale is effected by transferring the contract to buy, to the new purchaser and receiving a profit mark up paid separately and directly to the individual investor. The right to transfer to the new buyer has been negotiated into the original contract with the developer by The Property Investment Club. The new buyer will continue with the same monthly payment and automatically be entitled to the same mortgage as previously outlined.
Because of our Privileged buying arrangements in the first instance the property will sell quickly and at a good profit. To see an actual example of this view the next page.
Profits are received gross and members make their own tax decisions.
