This is to be a medium size apartment building in Fuengirola suitable for full time occupation or holiday rentals. The club agreed to purchase 27 apartments which were considered to be the prime properties in the developement. The properties were offered to existing Property Investment Club members and were all taken up with the exception of two which for the moment remain available.
The remainder of the development will shortly be disclosed / offered to the general public.

A new project is under investigation. This involves the possible purchase of 35 prime apartments in a building which consists of a total of 64 apartments. Should this project meets all requirements invest ment will commence. The property is in Estepona and each aprtment will have a purchase value of Euros 135,000 or Euros 165,000. These figures are not yet confirmed.
